All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Students may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.
(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)
If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please contact the school.

We ask that you pleas sign and return you envelope the next day.
Instructions For Use
- The Oldest in the family will bring the envelope home. He/She will be responsible for its delivery and any return of messages.
- Parents are asked to sign the dated space and return the envelope the following day.
- If the bulletin requires a signature or some return message, please put all materials into the envelope and return by the date specified.
- Do not send tuition or any other fees in the envelope.
- A replacement fee will be charged for lost or battered envelopes.
Finger Printing and Virtus Information
Free Fingerprinting is provided for parent volunteers via the Archdiocese of L.A. Below you will find PDF files with lists of the various churches hosting the program. The locations for fingerprinting change every month. New lists will be posted here
For the 2021/2022 school year, any parent that volunteers: in the classroom, as yard duty, or as a driver and/or chaperone for a field trip, MUST be fingerprinted. You do not need to be re-finger printed every year, one time only.
When you go to be finger printed, you must give them the VPIN Access Request form (found below) filled out with our location name: St. Sebastian School in Santa Paula and our OCA# 06620. Please let the site coordinators know you are being fingerprinted as a parent volunteer. This DOES not replace providing the school with a copy of your driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration required in the office in order to be a field trip driver/chaperone.
VIRTUS provides ongoing support, education, training and resources to help prevent child sexual abuse and to address children’s safety in our parishes, schools, homes and communities. (Includes VIRTUS Training)
VIRTUS is the brand name that identifies best practices programs designed to help prevent wrongdoing and promote “right doing” within religious organizations. The VIRTUS programs empower organizations and people to better control risk and improve the lives of all those who interact with the Church.
The VIRTUS programs are a platform that provide the foundation, and also, the superstructure, of all the risk control (loss prevention/loss control) initiatives undertaken by National Catholic on behalf of its shareholders and the Church.
Through the VIRTUS programs, we are committed and dedicated to the task of constantly providing National Catholic’s shareholders, and indeed the broader Church, with the absolute finest, most cost efficient, and effective risk control measures available anywhere.
